Statute Text
Educational program.
The Oregon Health Authority shall institute and carry on an educational program
among physicians licensed under ORS 677.100 to 677.228, naturopathic
physicians, chiropractors, midwives, potential parents and the public
concerning the need for newborn infants to receive vitamin K within 24 hours
