Statute Text
and 433.136;
(b) The
petitions, affidavits, judgments and orders of the court; and
(c) A copy of the
orders issued.
(2) Any portion
of the account of the proceedings, the transcript of testimony, the petition,
any affidavit, judgment, order of the court, recording of the proceeding or any
other court record may be disclosed only:
(a) Upon request
of a person subject to the proceedings or the legal representative or attorney
of the person;
(b) To the Public
Health Director or a local public health administrator; or
(c) Pursuant to
court order, when the court finds that the petitioners interest in public
disclosure outweighs the privacy interests of the individual who is the subject
