Oregon
Health Authority to provide laboratory examination; rules.
The Oregon Health Authority shall
provide the necessary laboratory examinations requested by local health
departments for the diagnosis of those communicable diseases identified by rule
of the authority to be a reportable disease. [1987 c.600 §7; 2009 c.595 §629]
