Statute Text
Unlawful use of vital record or report; civil penalty.
(1) The Director of the Oregon
Health Authority may impose a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $10,000
for each violation described in ORS 432.993. Moneys received by the authority
from civil penalties imposed under this section shall be deposited in the
General Fund and are available for general governmental expenses.
(2) Civil
penalties under this section shall be imposed in the manner provided in ORS
183.745. [2013 c.366 §44]
