Statute Text
No requirement or prohibition regarding operation of separate cancer and tumor registry. Nothing in ORS 432.510 to 432.550 and 432.900 shall prohibit a health care facility from operating its own registry for cancer and benign or borderline tumors of the brain and central nervous system or require a health care facility to operate its own registry for cancer and benign or borderline tumors.
