Statute Text
Delayed report of marriage.
The State Registrar of the Center for Health Statistics may register a marriage
one year or more after the date of the marriage ceremony if:
(1) The report of
marriage is submitted by the county clerk or county official responsible for
issuing marriage licenses; and
(2) The report of
marriage indicates that the registration is delayed and identifies the date of
