Statute Text
Extensions for submitting reports of death or fetal death.
Upon such conditions as the State
Registrar of the Center for Health Statistics may prescribe to ensure
compliance with the purposes of this chapter, by rule the state registrar may
provide for the extension, not to exceed 60 days, of the periods prescribed in
ORS 432.133, 432.143 and 432.158 for the submission of a report of death or
fetal death and related documentation and for the obtaining of a permit for
disposition of human remains in cases where compliance with the applicable
prescribed period would result in undue hardship. [Formerly 432.327]
