Statute Text
Penalties.
Unless
otherwise specifically provided by law, failure to obey ORS 431.001 to 431.550
and 431.990 or rules adopted under ORS 431.001 to 431.550 and 431.990 or
failure to obey a lawful written order relating to public health issued by the
Director of the Oregon Health Authority or a local public health administrator
