Public
Health Account.
(1) There is established in the General Fund the Public Health Account,
classified separately as to federal and other moneys.
(2) All fees,
penalties, federal apportionments or contributions and other moneys received by
the Oregon Health Authority relating to public health shall be turned over to
the State Treasurer not later than the 10th day of the calendar month next
succeeding their receipt by the authority and shall be credited to the Public
Health Account.
(3) All moneys
credited to the Public Health Account are continuously appropriated to the
authority for the payment of expenses of the authority. [Amended by 1971 c.650 §14;
