Statute Text
Rules.
The Oregon Health Authority shall
adopt rules necessary to the efficient administration and functioning of the
program and rules regulating the conduct of participants in the program. Rules
regulating the conduct of participants in the program shall include but not be
limited to rules requiring participants to keep appointments and the time,
place and frequency of any dosages. [1973 c.340 §3; 2009 c.595 §527]
