Statute Text
Participation in program; report to court.
The Oregon Health Authority may:
(1) Accept for
medical evaluation any person meeting the conditions defined in ORS 430.850
(2)(a) and referred for participation in the program by a participating court,
cause such medical evaluation to be made and report the results of the
evaluation to the referring court;
(2) Within the
limitation of funds available to the program, accept any person as a
participant in the program who is eligible under ORS 430.850 (2) and whose
medical evaluation shows the person suitable to participate in the program; and
(3) Report to the
referring court the progress of, and any violation of rules of the authority
adopted under ORS 430.870 by, a participant. [1973 c.340 §2; 2009 c.595 §526;
