Statute Text
Mental
health services for children.
Notwithstanding ORS 430.640, the State of Oregon, through the Oregon Health
Authority, may establish the necessary facilities and provide comprehensive
mental health services for children throughout the state. These services may
include, but need not be limited to:
(1) The
prevention of mental illness, emotional disturbances and drug dependency in
children; and
(2) The treatment
of children with mental illness, emotional disturbances and drug dependency. [1971
