Statute Text
Discrimination prohibited.
A person, otherwise eligible, may not be denied evaluation or treatment under
ORS 430.450 to 430.555 on account of the persons race, religion, sex, sexual
orientation, gender identity, nationality, age or ability to pay. [1977 c.871 §24;
