Requirement to develop bilingual forms. (1) The Oregon Health Authority shall, subject to the availability of funds, develop bilingual forms to assist non-English-speaking persons in understanding their rights under ORS 430.450 to 430.555. (2) The authority shall assist county mental health programs in the development of comprehensive and coordinated identification, evaluation, treatment, education and rehabilitation services for the drug-dependent person. The State Plan for Drug Problems shall be consistent with such system. [1977 c.871 §§3,14; 1985 c.740 §16; 2009 c.595 §500; 2009 c.856 §§13,22]
