Distribution of moneys in fund. The Oregon Health Authority shall cause the moneys in the Drug Treatment and Recovery Services Fund to be distributed as follows: (1) An amount necessary for the administration of ORS 430.388 to 430.390. (2) After the distribution set forth in subsection (1) of this section, the remaining moneys in the fund shall be distributed to the grants program as set forth in ORS 430.389.
