Contracts with federal government for substance use disorder services.
The Oregon Health Authority is
authorized to contract with the federal government for services to alcohol and
drug-dependent persons who are either residents or nonresidents of the State of
Oregon. [Formerly 430.095; 2009 c.595 §477]
