Improving People’s Access to Community-based Treatment, Supports and Services Account. The Improving People’s Access to Community-based Treatment, Supports and Services Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission for the purpose of carrying out ORS 430.231. [2019 c.563 §2; 2025 c.557 §15] Note: The amendments to 430.233 by section 15, chapter 557, Oregon Laws 2025, become operative July 1, 2026, and apply to grants that the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission first advertises or otherwise solicits on or after July 1, 2026. See sections 50 and 51, chapter 557, Oregon Laws 2025. The text that is operative until July 1, 2026, is set forth for the user’s convenience. 430.233. The Improving People’s Access to Community-based Treatment, Supports and Services Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Improving People’s Access to Community-based Treatment, Supports and Services Grant Review Committee for the purpose of carrying out ORS 430.231.
