Acceptance of moneys for reentry services; subaccount established; grants to counties. (1) The Department of Corrections may apply for and accept federal grants or moneys, as well as grants or other financial assistance from any other source, for the purpose of providing reentry support and services to offenders released on supervision. (2) There is established in the Department of Corrections Account established under ORS
