Definitions for ORS 423.010 to 423.070.
As used in ORS 423.010 to 423.070, unless the context
requires otherwise:
(1) Department
means the Department of Corrections.
(2) Department
of Corrections institutions has the meaning given that term in ORS 421.005.
(3) Director
