Statute Text
Condemnation of property. The condemnation of any real property required under ORS 421.635 to 421.657 and section 8 (2), chapter 982, Oregon Laws 1999, by the Department of Corrections, or on behalf of the department, shall be conducted according to the applicable provisions of ORS chapter 35. Amounts paid in just compensation for condemned real property shall be determined according to ORS 35.346. [1999 c.982 §14] (Disposal of Property)
