Statute Text
Hearings by director. (1) The Director of the Department of Corrections shall hold such hearings as are requested by another state pursuant to Article IV (f) of the compact. ORS chapter 183 does not apply to these hearings, which shall be conducted in compliance with Article IV (f) of the compact. (2) The cost of any hearing conducted under subsection (1) of this section shall be paid out of the Department of Corrections Revolving Fund. Reimbursements received from the state that requested the hearing shall be paid into the revolving fund. [1959 c.290 §6; 1965 c.616 §55; 1969 c.597 §135; 1987 c.320 §187]
