Statute Text
Return
of transferred adults in custody.
Upon the expiration of any contract entered into under ORS 421.205, all adults
in custody of this state confined in such institution or jail shall be returned
by the Department of Corrections to department custody, or delivered to such
other institution as the Department of Corrections has contracted with under
