Statute Text
Assistance and representation in disciplinary procedures.
The procedures adopted pursuant to
ORS 421.180 shall provide that an adult in custody shall be entitled to
assistance and representation under terms and conditions established by the
Department of Corrections. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit
the authority of the department to designate persons eligible to assist and
