Statute Text
Penalty for youth care center interference with disclosure of information. (1) In addition to any other liability or penalty provided by law, the Director of the Oregon Youth Authority shall impose a civil penalty, as provided in ORS 183.745, on a youth care center, as defined in ORS 420.855, that violates ORS 420.872. (2) A civil penalty under subsection (1) of this section is $500 for each violation. [2019 c.381 §17]
