Statute Text
Cooperation of superintendents with other child welfare agencies.
The Director of Human Services or
the authorized representative of the director in carrying out the provisions of
ORS 420.810 to 420.840 may cooperate with and consult any private or public
agency concerned with child welfare. [1953 c.153 §8; 1971 c.84 §6]
