Statute Text
Placement of youths in foster homes. All children in the legal custody of the Department of Human Services, who in the judgment of the Director of Human Services or the authorized representative of the director have made sufficient progress in rehabilitation and reform, may be placed with any person or family of good standing and character for care and education under an agreement pursuant to ORS 420.815.
