Statute Text
Restriction on transfer of adjudicated youths to institutions. An adjudicated youth in a youth correction facility may not be transferred to an institution for persons with mental illness or mental retardation for a period of more than 14 days unless the adjudicated youth has been committed to an institution for persons with mental illness or mental retardation in the manner specified in ORS 420.505 and 420.525.
