Statute Text
Contracts for quartering persons enrolled in program.
The Oregon Youth Authority may
contract with the governing bodies of political subdivisions in this state,
with the federal government and with any private agencies approved by the youth
authority for the quartering in suitable local facilities of persons enrolled
in the work release program described in ORS 420.240 to 420.265. [2013 c.229 §4]
