Cooperation with public agencies in work assignments. The Director of the Oregon Youth Authority and the persons employed by the director or designated to have direct control of the adjudicated youths at camp shall cooperate to the fullest extent with any public agency assisting in the camp program in making assignments and in supervising any work or training of adjudicated youths who are physically able to perform manual labor.
