Operation of camps by Director of Oregon Youth Authority.
Any camp established pursuant to
ORS 420.210 shall be maintained and operated under the supervision of the
Director of the Oregon Youth Authority and shall be governed, as far as
applicable, by the rules and regulations concerning discipline, care and education
