Statute Text
Adjudicated youth in legal custody of superintendent.
While temporarily employed under
ORS 420.060 to 420.074, an adjudicated youth placed in a youth correction
facility shall remain in the legal custody of the superintendent. The
superintendent shall continue to exercise appropriate supervision over the adjudicated
youth during the period of the temporary employment of the adjudicated youth. [1969
