Statute Text
Expenses borne by county. All traveling and other expenses incurred in placing a person in a youth correction facility in the legal custody of the Oregon Youth Authority and delivering the person into the custody of the youth authority under ORS 419B.337 (1), 419C.478 (1) or 419C.481 shall be borne by the county from which the person was placed in the legal custody of the youth authority.
