Record
for refugee child; content.
The Department of Human Services shall maintain a record for each refugee child
in its care containing:
(1) The name,
age, former residence, legal status, health records, sex, race and accumulated
length of time in foster care;
(2) The name,
former residence, health history and character of each genetic parent;
(3) The date of
reception, placing out and adoption of each child and the name, race,
occupation and residence of the person with whom a child is placed;
(4) The date of
the removal of any child to another home and the reason for removal;
(5) The date of
termination of guardianship;
(6) The history
of each child until the child reaches 18 years of age, is legally adopted or is
discharged according to law; and
(7) Such other
further demographic information as is required. [1985 c.358 §7]
