Statute Text
Legislative findings.
The Legislative Assembly finds that childrens advocacy centers rely upon state
funding and it is necessary and in the public interest to provide childrens
advocacy centers and employees of childrens advocacy centers with certain
immunities from civil liability arising out of childrens advocacy centers
good faith participation in conducting statutorily mandated child abuse
assessments. [2024 c.68 §2]
