Biennial certified expense and funding reports to Department of Justice.
(1) The director of a childrens
advocacy center shall submit to the Department of Justice, by no later than
April 1 of each even-numbered year, projected costs of the center for the next
biennium, along with estimates for all sources of funding other than the state,
including but not limited to insurance reimbursements, court witness fees,
private donations and governmental grants.
(2) Each director
of a childrens advocacy center submitting information under subsection (1) of
this section shall certify that the submitted information is true and correct
and that the accuracy of all numerical information has been verified. [2024
