Statute Text
Policy.
The
Legislative Assembly recognizes that it is in the public interest to provide
employment for young people within the existing administrative and financial
capabilities of the Department of Transportation, the State Fish and Wildlife
Commission, the State Forestry Department, the State Parks and Recreation
Department and the Department of State Lands. [1989 c.904 §64 amending 418.687
treated as reenactment of 418.687 repealed by 1989 c.786 §13]
