Statute Text
Coordination of state activities. In carrying out the policies of this state as stated in ORS 418.485, it shall be the responsibility of the Director of Human Services to coordinate the activities of all state agencies that have responsibilities for care of children to insure the best care possible and to avoid duplication of effort or conflict in policy.
