Minimum staffing required for licensing, inspection and investigation; rules.
(1) The Department of Human
Services shall maintain a staff of a minimum of five full-time equivalent
employees who are responsible for the issuance, renewal, suspension or
revocation of, or for the placing of conditions on, licenses, certifications or
other authorizations issued under ORS 418.240 and 418.248, and for the
inspection and investigation of child-caring agencies licensed, certified or
otherwise authorized by the department.
(2) The
department shall adopt rules to develop workload models to measure the adequacy
of staff to workload under subsection (1) of this section. [2016 c.106 §7]
