Statute Text
Parents-as-teachers programs.
The Department of Early Learning and Care shall support parents-as-teachers
programs statewide as funding becomes available. If a program is offered, the
program shall be part of a comprehensive, research-based approach to parent
education and support. The program shall be consistent with the statewide early
learning system plan coordinated by the Early Learning Council. [2001 c.831 §12b;
