Statute Text
Department of Human Services to provide family support services.
In accordance with ORS 417.342 and
417.344, the Department of Human Services shall provide family support services
throughout the department. Notwithstanding ORS 430.640 and 430.662, the
department may contract directly with community organizations for the provision
