Statute Text
Priority of preferred claims.
All claims that are preferred under the laws of the state, whether owing to
residents or nonresidents, shall be given equal priority of payment from the
general assets of a coordinated care organization in a delinquency proceeding
against the coordinated care organization regardless of where the assets are
