Statute Text
Rehabilitation proceeding.
(1) An order to rehabilitate a coordinated care organization shall direct the
Oregon Health Authority to take possession of the property of the coordinated
care organization and to conduct the business of the coordinated care
organization, and to take such steps toward removing the causes and conditions
that made rehabilitation necessary as directed by the court.
(2) If at any
time the authority deems that further efforts to rehabilitate the coordinated
care organization would be useless, the authority may apply to the court for an
order of liquidation under ORS 415.335.
(3) The authority
may apply at any time for an order terminating the rehabilitation proceeding
and permitting the coordinated care organization to resume possession of its
property and the conduct of its business, but the order may not be granted
except after a full hearing. [2019 c.478 §29]
