Statute Text
Investigations authorized. The Oregon Health Authority, whenever the authority deems it advisable in the interest of members of a coordinated care organization or for the public good, shall investigate into the affairs of: (1) A coordinated care organization; (2) A person proposing to form a coordinated care organization; or (3) A person holding the capital stock, membership or other ownership or controlling interest in one or more coordinated care organizations for the purpose of controlling the management of the coordinated care organization as a voting trustee or otherwise.
