Statute Text
Advisory committee.
The Health Evidence Review Commission shall consult with an advisory committee
in determining priorities for mental health care and chemical dependency. The
advisory committee shall include mental health and chemical dependency
professionals who provide inpatient and outpatient mental health and chemical
