Coordination between Oregon Health Authority and Department of Human Services.
(1) The Oregon Health Authority
and the Department of Human Services shall cooperate with each other by
coordinating actions and responsibilities necessary to implement the Oregon
Integrated and Coordinated Health Care Delivery System established in ORS
414.570.
(2) The authority
and the department may delegate to each other any duties, functions or powers
that the authority or department are authorized to perform if necessary to
carry out this section and ORS 413.022, 414.572, 414.598, 414.605, 414.607,
414.632, 414.654, 414.655 and 414.665. [Formerly 414.685]
