Disclosure of insurer information by Department of Consumer and Business
Services for purpose of administering Oregon Integrated and Coordinated Care
Delivery System.
(1) The Department of Consumer and Business Services and the Oregon Health
Authority may enter into agreements governing the disclosure of information
reported to the department by insurers with certificates of authority to
transact insurance in this state and the disclosure of information reported to
the Oregon Health Authority by coordinated care organizations.
(2) The authority
may use information disclosed under subsection (1) of this section for the
purpose of carrying out ORS 413.022, 413.032, 414.572, 414.591, 414.605,
414.609, 415.012 to 415.430 and 415.501. [2012 c.8 §6; 2015 c.389 §8; 2019
