Statute Text
Reports to Legislative Assembly on collection of data under ORS 413.161. No later than June 1, 2014, and every two years thereafter, the Oregon Health Authority and the Department of Human Services shall report to the appropriate committees of the Legislative Assembly in the manner provided in ORS 192.245 on the implementation of ORS 413.161. The report must include, but is not limited to: (1) A description of the uniform standards for data collection and the implementation of the standards across all data systems; and (2) The challenges to implementing systemwide standards and the plan for addressing the challenges.
