Additional monthly payments of elderly rental assistance. The Department of Human Services shall include in the payment made under ORS 412.001 to 412.155 and 418.647 a monthly amount to be designated elderly rental assistance. The amount shall be determined by the department, subject to the total amount appropriated for that purpose by the Legislative Assembly. [Formerly 418.172]
