Statute Text
Investigation of eligibility of child; rules.
Whenever the Department of Human Services receives a
notification of the dependency of a child or an application for aid, a record
shall promptly be made of the circumstances, relating the facts supporting the
application and such other information as may be required by the rules and
regulations of the department. [Formerly 418.115]
