Statute Text
shall be expended by the representative payee, guardian or conservator
solely to make purchases to meet the needs of the individuals with respect to
whom the payment is made. However, the individuals may receive from the
representative payee, guardian or conservator such portions of the money
payments, and at such intervals, as may be permitted by rules adopted by the
